And even more pages!

I am on a roll at the moment! Here is the weekly challenge (albeit a little late) from last week that I have just remembered I forgot to upload! The papers were a sheet of MME Gertie freebies that were just punched out (I then inked them) from Sarah's retreat and together with a sheet of kraft card you could make a simple lo very quickly. I have added some bling and left white space as per the challenge. This photo is Alex and Josh sitting on the "feet" of the Angel of the North.

Next is another retreat class that I have put the finishing touches too. A very enjoyable class from the lovely and talented Natalie in which I learnt to blanket stitch again!

And lastly some photos of Josh on the first day of school, September last year for, Shimelle's 4x6 monthly challenge. Just love his poses in these shots and I didn't prompt him at all!

Still more pages...

Here are a couple of pages I did outside the classes at the retreat...

This is the Scrapology blog challenge from January (playing catch up with this challenge!) Sarah had the perfect papers in the retreat shop to go with these photos from Josh's birthday party last year.

Next was a layout done with November's Sarahs Cards Kit (WRMK Maple Grove) using some fab photos of Josh being covered in leaves last Autumn.

and they were the only extra pages I managed!!

Lots to share...

After a fabulous retreat with Sarahs Cards earlier in March I finally unpacked last weekend and managed to photograph my finished pages. I still have a couple more to go though! We were thoroughly spoilt all weekend with a delicious sweetie shop, raffles, bingo and most of all brilliant classes and make & takes. Sadly I didn't take many photos of the weekend itself (what was I thinking?!) but i did have fun playing with paper and here is the result...

The canvas challenge set on Saturday evening. Did this in about 20 minutes and Alex now has it on her windowsill.
My photos were the perfect colours for this class!

Alex and her teddy...Such a gorgeous class from Claire Wheatley.

Alex from a few years ago at the height of her modelling career (It only lasted 12 months lol!)

This was Lou's class - very creative an messy and I enjoyed it all even if I did get covered in red paint (and so did one of my photos I've just noticed - oops! )

Last weekend I also did a CJ entry for a little girl called Emily - I have never scrapped someone else's photos like this but I was really pleased with these two pages...

Thanks for looking. I should be back with more next week!

Scrapology blog challenge

I found the Scrapology blog a few weeks ago and have just done the February challenge which was to use the sketch and use punches. I used Sarahs Cards October Kit (nearly all gone now!) and got out some of my edge punches to scrap these photos from an evening at the races last Summer.

I also rustled up a quick card for my boss last night as she had let her birthday slip by without telling us! I don't make that many cards but am please with this one...

Tomorrow I am off to to Sarahs Cards' Retreat for a whole weekend of scrapbooking, chatting and generally being pampered and I can't wait!
