Still scrapping 2012!

As mentioned in my last post I am trying to scrap most of 2012 with both 12x12 pages, 6x12 pages, and multi pocket pages.  I am enjoying the process but it is taking it's time!

I finished off this page over the Christmas holidays using an old Sarah's Cards kit - WRMK; Maple Grove.

This was a November kit aimed at Autumn scrapping but it went just great with this selfie of my husband and I on the beach in Portugal and I think the orange and blue papers remind me of the sea and sand.  I added a flair badge and some blue and gold mist from my stash to finish it off.  I also wanted to make it from the same kit as this page (which I have already blogged) which it will sit opposite...

Well this kit is just about done apart from squeezing out a card or two :)  I'm going to try and join in with the 52 card challenge again this year (although I did fall beside the wayside after about 10 cards inn 2013 - ooops!!) so I'm sure it won't be long before the rest is used up.

Back tomorrow with another page...I am on a roll at the moment!

Fab page and love how well those autumnal papers go so well with a summer photo (I must try and look at my autumn kits in a new light - I get a bit of a mental block with papers with browns and oranges and leaves LOL!!) Love the flower head you have added to the pearl swirl x

Great page. It's fun to look at the themed papers in a different way. I think I've used papers from a Christmas kit in the summer before lol! I'm also trying to do the 52 card challenge so we can encourage each other xx

I haven't scrapped much of 2012, but I am working on my December Daily. Probably won't post until mid-month
